RREP (Roadrunner Electronic Products) Ltd terms and conditions comply with UK legislation,
including the new Distance Selling Regulations. They are structured to ensure that customers can
shop easily and with confidence. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may change without prior notice and will not affect your statutory rights.

Products & Prices
RREP Ltd have made every effort to ensure that the specifications and product details are correct,
the prices quoted on this website are for internet sales only and we reserve the right to change
prices without notice. When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm
receipt of order.
All prices are per unit unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of Value Added Tax at the current
rate.

Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received.
Payment can be made either online or by mail, phone or fax.
When ordering by post, your full name, address and telephone number must be included.
RREP Ltd reserves the right to decline an order.

Printing/Pricing Errors
Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is
incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or
not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we
subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit.

Delivery
UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only - orders above £35.00 are delivered Free of Charge. On
orders under £35.00 a £3.50 Delivery Charge will be applied and shown separately at the site
Checkout.
Dependant on package size, delivery will be made by First Class Mail, Next Day Delivery or
Courier Service.
There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases
delivery may be more than 14 working days. If this problem arises, RREP Ltd will contact you to
update you on the progress of your order. Most deliveries are made within 3 working days from
clearance of payment, but please allow up to 5 working days.

Non-delivery, damage in transit
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately at sales@rrunner.co.uk.

Overseas Ordering
UK Conditions of Sale apply to export orders. In addition, the following is applicable to overseas
orders:
Carriage will be charged at ‘International Signed For’ airmail or the standard Express Courier
tariff rates (DHL/UPS etc.), unless otherwise stated.
All duties and other import legislation related costs in the destination country are the
responsibility of the customer.

VAT
UK Value Added Tax will be charged at the standard rate for customers resident in EC Member
States.

Payment
Export orders must be paid for by the following methods:
• Internationally recognised credit/debit card, stating card type, card number and expiry date,
payment being made in Pounds Sterling, Euro or US Dollars
• Bank Draft or cheque in pounds sterling, with order, drawn on a UK bank
• Letter of credit

Product Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed against faults in manufacture, from the date of invoice. The guarantee
excludes any faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect on the part of the purchaser.
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by RREP Ltd, you should contact sales@rrunner.co.uk. Should your product develop a fault, you may return it to us within 12 months of purchase for repair or replacement, to RREP Ltd.

Cancellation of Order
You may return any unopened product to us within 14 days for a refund less original delivery charge and 20% handling fee. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
All returns must be authorised before despatch when we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number and address to return the product to. Please contact us at sales@rrunner.co.uk to obtain your Returns Authorisation Number.

Security Statement
Credit card security is one of the top priorities at RREP Ltd, which is why we guarantee 100%
secure ordering for our customers using WorldPay.

Data Protection Act
RREP Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information provided by
you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we
will correct it or delete it as instructed by you.
RREP Ltd will not provide customer credit card information to anyone outside of the company unless required to do so by a court ruling.

Force Majuere
RREP Ltd will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that RREP Ltd is prevented or
delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of RREP Ltd.

Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong, we will do
everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint emailed to us at
sales@rrunner.co.uk.
